We carry peeled and cleaned, Tail-On Tiger shrimp. Each shrimp is individually quick frozen in a two pound bag. This packaging is convenient for individual family meals, simply take however many shrimp out of the bag that you want to use, thaw, and cook accordingly. Sizes now available, are 16-20 shrmip per pound (jumbo), 21-25 shrimp per pound (large), and 26-30 shrimp (medium) per pound.

CLAMS  - (Middle Neck)
White Middleneck Clams from Vietnam are uniform in color and size, come vacuum sealed, and have consistent quality with superb fresh flavor. They are cleaned and pasteurized, and have no sandy residue. Our White Middleneck Clams are easy to prepare, just heat and serve.


Cod is a deep sea white fish that has a delicate flavor. Because it is so lean, and the protein content is higher than other fish, cod cooks quickly and benefits from moist heat. The neutral flavor makes it excellent with many different spices and sauces. Cod can be baked, broiled fried, sauteed and steamed.


Exotic yet affordable, fish fillets are skinless and boneless and its flesh is mild but flavorful enough to hold its own in simple preparations. It is high in protein, has a clean fresh flavor and remains moist during cooking. Basa / Swai fillets are versatile and can be baked, broiled, fried or sauteed. We carry 4-6 ounce, 6-8 ounce and 8-10 ounce portioned filets.


Our julienne sliced Eastern Surf Clams, chosen for their excellent flavor and tenderness are breaded, pre fried and flash frozen. Our breaded clam strips come packed in 6 pound box. The box has 24 individual 4 ounce  IQF (individually quick frozen) little plastic bags. Easy to fit in any home freezer! Delicious deep fried, golden and crispy, with a dash of kosher salt and a squeeze of lemon or lime. Clams are a good source protein, vitamin B12 and iron.  



Our conch comes from Honduras and is cleaned.  The meat raw or cooked, ranges from snow white to a pale, golden-orange, depending on the size. Marinate sliced conch in lime juice for two hours for conch salad, or dice for chowder. For "cracked conch," dip tenderized steaks in egg wash, roll in flour and pan fry 5-6 minutes on each side

Crawfish are freshwater crustaceans that resemble miniature lobsters. Imported from Vietnam our crawfish meat is peeled and cooked and ready to serve. Crawfish meat is sweet like lobster meat but more tender. Perfect for soups, pastas, salads, even sandwiches. 

It's lean meat has a sweet mild flavor and is fairly firm in texture, and it has large moist flakes. Dark portions of meat can be trimmed away for milder flavor. The raw flesh is pinkish to grayish-white. Cooked, the meat becomes off-white. Mahi is great for grilling and blackening.


An exotic delicacy, they resemble chicken in texture and their flavor is very mild, therefore you can enhance their flavor with spices of your choice. Low in fat and high in protein, (an average serving has approximately 17 grams of protein) they can be prepared in many different ways. Try deep fried, pan fried, broiled, grilled, or in soups and stews.

KING CRAB LEGS 16-20 Count  

Straight from Alaska, our king crab is sweet and moist . The spiny shell is bright red in color, and the meat is snow white. Pre cooked and brine frozen they can be served hot or cold. Delicious served in the shell with drawn butter for dipping.


Grouper is a versatile fish that can be fried, grilled, skewered or used in chowders and soups. Larger fillets should be butterflied before grilling because of their thickness. Grouper is very forgiving; it can be overcooked and still remain moist. 


Warm water Atlantic Lobster Tails have a mild and sweet flavor. Raw tail meat is nearly translucent, with a pink cream or whitish-gray tint, depending on the animals diet. Broil tails, and serve with melted butter and lemon wedges. Baked lobster is delicious as well, but add some water or wine to the pan to prevent drying. If you want to remove the meat from the tails, make sure you split them ahead of time. Each lobster tail is approximately 8 ounces.


Some call theses black mussels, they have a distinctive rich, sweet taste, like a blend of oysters and clams. Steam in water, wine or broth, and season with herbs and garlic, or try cold, lightly marinated mussel meats served in a sauce of mayonnaise, mustard and garlic. Use cooked mussel meats in pasta salads or as an appetizer. Mussels are also great in seafood soups or stews, like cioppino or bouillabaisse. Our mussels come in a one pound vacuum sealed package and are plump and tender.

MUSSELS (GREEN) - New Zealand

Native to New Zealand, greenshells are farmed mussels, cultivated on ropes, therefore they rarely contain any grit or sand. They are sweet, tender, delicate, plump and juicy. Since frozen halfshells are already partially cooked, you can add a topping of your choice before "final touch" broiling or baking. Cooked frozen at a high heat gives the best results. Excellent heated in Italian sauces and served with pasta. Our medium sized green mussels come in a two pound box.




Bright white in appearance, with a firm texture and mild flavor. These scallops, harvested from the north Atlantic, are hand shucked, and immediately frozen to maintain flavor, have no water added and are chemical free. Approximately 15-25 scallop pieces per pound. They are sold in a 5 pound bag and each scallop is (IQF) Individually quick frozen, so use only what you need!



Tiger shrimp have a mild, and delicate flavor. They make excellent shrimp cocktails, or grilled on skewers. They're good with pasta or in casseroles since they can withstand tossing with other ingredients. Great for last minute, quick meals. Just grab whatever amount you need, run under cool water for 2-3 minutes and you're ready to cook any way you like!


Our ocean and pond white shrimp has a sweet and delicate flavor. They make excellent shrimp cocktail, or grilled on skewers. Our white South American shrimp come frozen in a five pound box.


Our crispy premium shrimp are dipped in a sweet batter and rolled in fresh coconut shavings. Our breaded coconut shrimp make a quick and easy dish with tropical flavor, deep fry, or bake until golden brown and serve with a delicious, sweet dipping sauce. The box is small and fits on the shelf of  a side by side freezer easily.


Snapper has a great, firm texture and a sweet, nutty flavor and can be grilled, fried, broiled, or baked, or butter poached. Our Snapper is imported and fillets have skin on one side. Each fillet is between 8-10 ounces in vacuum sealed packages.


From the crystal clear waters of southern Asia, they are harvested from the water just prior to molting, these crabs have been fed until they shed their shells; then are processed and quick frozen. May be sauteed, grilled, deep fried, baked, broiled or fried tempura style. Serve as an appetizer, entree, in a sandwich or in a spider roll. Our soft shells are sold by the dozen.


Cooked squid is mild and has a subtle sweetness. The meat is firm yet tender. Our (IQF) individually quick frozen, squid rings come un-breaded in a 1 pound bag. Fried calamari is so easy to make at home, and is a great appetizer for any occasion.

Rings can be battered and fried;  (tubes) can be stuffed and baked in a sauce. Don't overcook or squid will turn as tough as a pencil eraser.


The mild sweet tasting, lean tilapia has a slight firm, flaky texture. Raw meat is white to pinkish-white. The cooked meat is white and lean with tender flakes. Tilapia is highly versatile, but whatever cooking method you choose, stick with a subtle sauce to help avoid over-powering tilapia's delicate flavor. We carry 3-5 ounce,  5-7 ounce and 7-9 ounce skinless fillets.

Yellowfin or Ahi tuna is the most tropical species of tuna, which is abundant in warm waters throughout the Pacific and Atlantic. The meat is bright red in its raw state, but when cooked, turns brown to grayish-tan, with firm and moist large flakes. Yellowfin is also excellent served raw as sashimi and in sushi. Our Tuna saku blocks in 8 ounce portions are already cold smoked. This processes results in a raw-textured fish, that is actually cooked.

Try a marinade of white wine, a little oil and some brown sugar for an hour or two before grilling or pan frying. Our tuna steaks are sold in 6 ounce steaks, and each steak is vacuum packed.


Sweet, mild, light and flaky with almost a lobster like flavor. Trigger fish is too delicate to grill, however it can be pan sauteed or fried. The fish will sear and cook quickly.


Ready to eat, these Pacific white tail on shrimp are already peeled, cleaned, and cooked. There are 30 pieces of shrimp in each vacuum packed tray. This is the same shrimp that restaurants use for sushi. Perfect to eat right out of the package! Delicious!
